CASA PRISCA

Located 5 km from the town of Lucca, Casa Prisca is one of our favorite villas. It sits on top of a hill with panoramic views overlooking a long valley. This Villa has terra cotta tile floors, wooden beams, and lovely furnishings. The house has three levels and is situated in a beautiful garden planted with olive trees and flowers. There is also a large swimming pool.

Ground Floor:

Large kitchen with all necessary appliances, table seating 10 people.

Wood-fired pizza oven.
Living room with fireplace.
Bathroom with shower.
Sauna.

First Level:

Living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
Dining room.
Bedroom #1: "The White Room" with king bed, satellite TV, air-conditioned, en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom #2: twin beds, ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub.

Second Level:

Bedroom #3: twin beds.
Bedroom #4: twin beds.
Bedroom #5: single bed.
Bathroom with shower.

Grounds:

Covered patio with table and chairs for 12.
Swimming pool, approx 36' v 15'
Changing room and bathroom

Staff:

4 hours of cleaning per day (except Sunday), 2 changes of linen and towels per week. Additional service is available upon request at 10 Euro per hour. Gardener/caretaker.

Utilities:

All are included except telephone.
