This is a charming home just outside of Florence in Imprunetta with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. The villa was originally built in the 18th century, then restored in 1990.  It features 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, three living areas and an alfresco dining area. The house is well furnished with antiques.   Decorative touches include terra cotta tiles and wooden beams.   Among the amenities are a jacuzzi tub, swimming pool, and billiard room. 

The garden area also has 3 small apartments (maximum 2 people each).   Guests who rent these flats are allowed the use of the pool; otherwise the garden of the villa is very private.

Ground Floor:

• Entrance Hall.
• Dining room for 10 people with fireplace.
• Kitchen with all necessary appliances.
• Two living rooms, one with fireplace, one with TV.
• Billiard room with a large library and dining corner.
• Bedroom #1: double bed, en suite bathroom with shower.

First Level:

• Bedroom #2: queen bed, en suite bathroom with tub
• Bedroom #3: queen (or two twin), en suite bath with shower.  Loft with studio above.
• Bedroom #4: queen (or two twin), shared bath with Jacuzzi tub.
• Bedroom #5: two twin beds.

Grounds:

• Covered patio with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
• Large swimming pool (21' X 42'), lounge chairs.

Staff:

2 hours of cleaning per day (except Sunday), change of linen and towels once a week.  Additional service is available upon request at 10 Euro per hour.

Utilities: All are included except telephone
